Our goal is to deliver initiatives that promote positive social outcomes that are relevant and topical, our foundation will enable us to tailor initiatives that can deliver stronger more resilient communities. Our current programmes are:
Game Day Activities
Would you like to see your mini mod team play at Go Media Stadium, Mt Smart as the curtain raiser to the One NZ Warriors game in the 2025 season? We are currently taking registration of interest from clubs across Aotearoa. Our target groups are teams U6 to U9 due to the time constraints on game days. Please note, completing the registration does not mean you will have an automatic spot as there is always a high demand for all games throughout the season.
Coaching

Disability & Inclusion
Wheelchair Rugby League promotes inclusivity and provides opportunities for individuals using wheelchairs to engage in the sport. Suitable for all ages and abilities, this programme fosters a sense of community and teamwork while encouraging physical activity and social connections. Participants develop skills on and off the field, empowering them to embrace their abilities and enjoy the excitement of rugby league. A collaboration between Disability Sport Auckland, New Zealand Rugby League, Auckland Rugby League, Counties Manukau Rugby League and Warriors Community Foundation.
Skills, Drills & Fun Games
Give it a go with our awesome skills, drills and fun games offering. This can be part of a bigger event or we can create something specific for your needs whether it's a club muster, community event or whānau day at your school. Email us at lincoln@wcf.kiwi for more information.
Wellbeing-Hauora
Tupu Māia Year 7-8 wellbeing programme for girls. Empowering young girls to thrive, Tupu Māia focuses on building confidence, fostering participation in sports, and promoting overall wellbeing. Through engaging activities and supportive mentorship, we inspire girls to embrace their strengths and cultivate a healthy, active lifestyle.
Wellbeing -Hauora
Prepare to Perform (P2P) equips young minds and bodies with essential skills for success. Delivered in an assembly-style presentation, the programme includes a day of skills, drills, and fun activations focusing on physical wellbeing. Emphasising the importance of hydration, nutrition, and sleep, participants learn valuable techniques that foster resilience and lifelong healthy habits.

Respectful Relationships
Being developed in partnership with the National Rugby League (NRL), the Voice against Violence programme will exist to improve awareness of the issues surrounding family violence through informed discussion and an understanding of personal responsibility.
