The foundation is the offical charity partner of the Vodafone Warriors.

The community has always been the beating heart of the Vodafone Warriors – both on and off the field. The club is passionate about supporting the community, which it has done for more than 25 years.

Wright Family Foundation has begun a long-term partnership with the Warriors Community Foundation. The focus will be the creative writing programme League in Libraries-Rīki i ngā Whare Pukapuka which focuses on improving literacy achievement in tamariki and Tupu Māia which aims to increase confidence, participation and enjoyment of mental and physical wellbeing for young wāhine in year seven and eight (intermediate) .

Programme Funders

Thanks to CLM Community Sport and their Tū Manawa Fund, we can deliver our pilot Girls Only Programme in 2022.

CLM Community Sport is a significant delivery partner for The Auckland Approach to Community Sport in Counties Manukau, alongside Harbour Sport, Sport Waitākere and Sport Auckland across the wider Auckland area.

C3 Construction is a new generation of building construction specialists who believe in helping good people build a great future. Partnering with the Warriors Community Foundation helps C3s own mission to create a positive, long-lasting impact in the lives of people, and their communities.

C3s partnership will enable the foundation to deliver their mental & physical wellbeing programme, Prepare to Perform.

Delivering Fresh Flowers across Auckland & Gift Boxes NZ wide. The Wild Rose sources flowers direct from local growers and increasingly look to environmentally sustainable practices in their operations where possible.

Celebration Box are one of our amazing League in Libraries sponsors!

Celebration Box, owned by Kennerley Gourmet Grocery, is part of a wider gifting business that includes The Wild Rose, Paddock To Pantry, and Hello&Cookie. The four brands come together to deliver one of the biggest food and floristry gifting offers available in New Zealand, specialising in same day gift box delivery across Auckland.

Milestone Foundation enabled us to purchase two computers for our staff to deliver our educational programmes in schools.

Thanks to Four Winds Foundation, we were able to purchase a defibrillator for our events across the country. Enabling us to keep participants and spectators safe.

Thanks to One Foundation, we will be able to purchase a BBQ trailer to support our community at events.

Thanks to Dragon Community Trust, the foundation will be able to complete its financial audit for 2021/2022.

The Community Organisation Grants Scheme or COGS provides grants to non-profit organisations delivering community-based social services that contribute to achieving locally determined outcomes.

Thanks to COGS, the foundation will be able to deliver our educational programmes to more tamariki in 2022 and 2023.

Blue Waters Community Trust are supporting our Community Programme Coordinator so they can deliver our educational programmes to more schools in Auckland.
